Hi…I’m Christine and I’m very passionate about birth.  I have integrated my education and training to offer a full range of services to help support families before, during and after pregnancy, labor & birth. I offer childbirth classes – education (Lamaze, Bradley, BirthWorks, Birthing from Within have been my inspiration), prenatal yoga, support circles and more.

I hold the following  certifications: 

• Prenatal Educator with APPPAH (Association of Prenatal & Perinatal Psychology and Health)
•  Certified Childbirth Educator with BirthWorks Int’l
•  Birth Doula with DONA
•  Certified  Kundalini Prenatal Yoga Teacher with Golden Bridge Yoga
•  Circle of Security Parent Facilitator

I work at Family Education at Valley Hospital in Ridgewood,NJ teaching Prenatal Yoga, Facilitating Expectant Parent Tours  and teaching  Sibling Classes to awaiting new brothers & sisters.
I teach Childbirth Classes in West Milford and Paramus, NJ.  My studies include Birth Psychology – how we are born and the effect on us in our lives.  I am honored to have received BirthWorks 2017 Childbirth Educator of the Year Award.
